PHANTOMS DEFEAT PHYSICAL NORSE TEAM 6-3
Starting a season 5-0-0-0 isn’t exactly a bad thing, but it can prove to be difficult while a five game winning streak to start the season can get to a teams head. Fortunately, this hasn’t happened to the Phantoms, as they have stuck with the game plan and have stayed focused on winning and playing their game. It wasn’t long ago when the Phantoms ended their first regular season with a disastrous record of 1-15-0-0. Now in their third season, the Phantoms have completely turned that around, with a few changes made to the team, and chemistry building strong within, it looks as if there’s no stopping the Phantoms. The last meeting between the Phantoms and the Norse ended in an 8-2 win for the Phantoms. In hopes of retribution, the Norse hoped to end the winning streak and climb closer to first place; this would only put the Norse two points behind the Phantoms and lock them into second place.
